Dr. Sarah was born in Germany and moved to the US about 20 years ago. She was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and later played volleyball and soccer in high school. During her time in competitive sports, Dr. Sarah was treated by a chiropractor who helped her recover from injuries and inspired her to help others do the same. She spent much of her time in school/externship working on athletes at USC and Kessler Family Wellness which further cemented her future in working in sports medicine. Dr. Sarah has volunteered her time on the athlete medical team on various events including the AIDS/LifeCycle cycling tour and the Wildflower Triathlon. One of her primary passions at KFW is using hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help patients combat inflammation and function at their best. Outside of work, Dr. Sarah is an outdoor hiking and rock climbing enthusiast and loves to travel, cook, and spend quality time with her husband and her adorable goldendoodle Neuer.

Born and bred in Southern California, Dr. Andy has become an integral part of our Kessler Family Wellness family. During his undergraduate years at UCI, he not only found time to volunteer at Hoag Hospital, but he also competed as a Division I athlete on the Track & Field and Cross Country teams. During his competitive years, Dr. Andy utilized chiropractic and various physiotherapies to keep his body healthy and aligned. It was then when he realized his passion for the body and the power of chiropractic. When he’s not treating patients in our office, Dr. Andy can be found surfing at our local beaches, taking a Brazilian jiu-jitsu class, and on the soccer field playing in a community league.
